United States Shipping Info

We ship by FedEx and USPS for quick and reliable shipping. We process incoming orders daily, so your order will be out the door quickly (You should receive within 3-12 days). If an item is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible.

1) Item must be in unused, unscratched condition

2) Contact info@cigarboxinc.com with "Return 'your invoice #' in the header". Please provide details in the body of the e-mail, so we know what to look out for

3) Package the product; please remove all lighter fluid and butane before sending!
